About the role
- Responsible for tapping into existing network and sourcing new relationships
- Generate leads for on-market listings and off-market transactions
- Collaborate with nationwide team of sales professionals
- Leverage experience, database of clients, and knowledge of transactions
- Offer national perspective to clients
- Grow market share in the Pacific Northwest region
- Provide operational, transactional, and financing needs
Requirements
- A highly motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher (finance or real estate concentrations preferred)
- 0-5 Years of work experience in either sales or service-oriented business (real estate experience is preferred)
- Strong understanding of Real Estate Investment fundamentals
- Exceptional organization, management, & leadership abilities
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams
- Ability to remain focused and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
