Director

• Create thought-leading economic research and analysis leveraging Life360 data and external datasets to surface new insights about families and the business
• Write benchmark reports and publish insights
• Serve as Life360's public spokesperson on family behavior and consumer mobility trends, engaging media and speaking at industry events in partnership with Comms
• Build repeatable seasonal adjustment frameworks for retail/food service visit trends; own caveating methodology when data history is less than 3 years
• Develop a pipeline of data PR narratives (brand-specific and category-level) for economic/consumer/financial press
• Identify where Life360's first-party data creates a differentiated narrative angle
• Collaborate and work with Product, Engineering, Ads and the Data & Analytics team to align on what data infrastructure investments unlock the best storytelling ROI.
• Build relationships with internal and external subject‑matter experts, data scientists, and customers to surface exclusive insights and anecdotes
• Maintain newsroom‑grade standards of accuracy, ethics, and sourcing

Senior Director, Economic Insights

• Own a multi-quarter roadmap centered on novel evaluation, error analysis, and data valuation techniques
• Synthesize and share trends from model-failure analysis and benchmarking into recommendations on the datasets the community should focus on and the ones Snorkel should invest in — making this team a primary input to the company's data strategy.
• Focus on data valuation techniques that quantify how Snorkel data meaningfully improves model performance
• Lead and grow a team of researchers, setting a high bar for quality, rigor and speed of execution
• Act as the primary bridge between the team's findings and Product, GTM, and our customers

Director, Research – Evaluation & Training

• Monitor surplus portfolios globally
• Support the development of surplus investment strategies
• Assist in monitoring FVOCI, liquidity positions, and tactical surplus trading initiatives
• Support investment strategy and optimization reviews across Sun Life’s business groups
• Contribute analysis for portfolio construction trade-offs
• Partner with the bond desk to develop TAA views

Associate Director, Portfolio Strategy & Analytics

• Direct the activities of the team maintaining relationships with all clients
• Ensure team is equipped to respond to complex inquiries and resolve problems independently
• Has demonstrated solid understanding and skills in OCC cleared products and systems
• Ensures team effectively interprets clearing member needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests
• Manages on-boarding and business expansion processes

Director, Member Services

• Own the company inventory sales plan forecast across seasonal launches, replenishment businesses, and new category expansion
• Build and manage bottom-up forecasts at the SKU, color, and size level using historical performance, customer behavior, trend analysis, and business inputs
• Develop forecasting methodologies that account for lifecycle dynamics including launch ramps, replenishment curves, cannibalization, and demand decay
• Partner with Marketing and Merchandising to incorporate promotional activity, product launches, and customer acquisition trends into forecasts
• Lead forecast reviews and continuously improve forecast accuracy across channels and categories
• Translate strategic sales forecasts into inventory buy plans and vendor production plans that optimize in-stock rates, inventory productivity, freight optimization, warehouse storage, and cash flow
• Own inventory targets including weeks of supply, safety stock, reorder points, and inventory health metrics
• Balance forecasted inventory needs by category against operational constraints including production capacity, lead times, MOQ requirements, vendor capabilities, and raw material availability
• Partner with sourcing and production teams to ensure timely replenishment and successful execution of product launches
• Manage inventory risk mitigation, scenario planning, and contingency planning to reduce stockouts and excess inventory
• Lead the company’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning inventory efficiency, product sales forecasting by style, and inventory health and turn
• Facilitate recurring cross-functional planning meetings and drive alignment on forecasts, risks, opportunities, and operational tradeoffs
• Serve as the central point of coordination between marketing, operational, and financial teams
• Own departmental planning objectives and communicate clear recommendations and perspectives during executive and cross-functional meetings
• Act as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership on inventory investment, capacity planning, growth opportunities, and operational risk
• Own in-stock rates and size-level availability to ensure a strong customer experience across e-commerce and marketplace channels
• Optimize inventory allocation across DTC, marketplaces, Amazon, and wholesale partners based on demand signals and channel performance
• Partner with Merchandising to align inventory with product lifecycle strategies including launch, growth, replenishment, and markdown optimization
• Track and report on key metrics including forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turns, stockouts, excess inventory, and service levels
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and scalable planning processes that improve visibility and decision-making
• Identify operational risks and opportunities early and recommend data-driven actions
• Partner with leadership to implement and improve planning systems, forecasting tools, and operational workflows to increase efficiency and scalability

Director of Planning

• Own end-to-end revenue cycle operations across Medicaid (in-network and out-of-network) within behavioral health programs
• Lead and manage performance of third-party billing vendors and/or internal billing staff
• Drive improvements in A/R days, denial rates, collections, and first-pass claim acceptance
• Oversee claim submission, follow-up, appeals, and payer engagement with a focus on Medicaid and behavioral health payers
• Ensure accurate charge capture, documentation alignment, and coding integrity in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams
• Utilize EMR/RCM platforms (Kipu and/or Collaborate MD strongly preferred)
• Build and refine billing workflows, policies, and internal controls to support scaling operations
• Provide reporting, forecasting, and revenue cycle performance insights to senior leadership
• Stay current on payer policy changes, Medicaid updates, and behavioral health billing regulations
• Train, mentor, and support internal billing/RCM staff where applicable

RCM Director

• Leading end‑to‑end solution architecture and design for Kinaxis Maestro, including data models, integration patterns, and configuration frameworks
• Translating complex business requirements into scalable, high‑performance Connected Planning solutions
• Defining solution blueprints, module configurations, and best‑practice modeling approaches across planning domains
• Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, data governance, and IT security requirements
• Overseeing and guiding global implementations across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP / IBP, Inventory Optimization, and Capacity Planning
• Providing hands‑on leadership in Maestro configuration, scenario modeling, and workbook development
