Partner with global launch asset teams from T-36 to T+12
Provide expertise and insights to inform launch strategies
Leverage best practices to elevate launch strategies
Focus on key strategic components of brand building (Launch Stage Gates)
Provide qualitative and quantitative perspective on LSGs and progress reports to leadership
Troubleshoot critical launch plan and marketing performance gaps

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
12+ years of experience in marketing across a number of categories/industries
Successful track record of creating and executing marketing strategies in major markets
Strong subject matter expertise in strategic marketing fundamentals (Brand Positioning, Creative Development, Launch Execution, Measurement)
Strong analytical skills for root cause analyses
Collaborative experience across functions and geographies
Executive presence to partner and influence senior leaders
Experience leading cross-functional projects
Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong project and time management skills
Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information
Ability to manage and coach peers and teams
Flexibility to work US time zones regularly
