About the role

  • Lead business development efforts focused on professional and managed services across pharma and biotech clients in the US
  • Build awareness within existing Catalyx client accounts for services capabilities
  • Drive new client acquisition targeting large pharma hubs in the US
  • Partner closely with commercial sales team to position Catalyx’s full capabilities
  • Develop and own senior-level relationships with stakeholders in manufacturing, packaging, quality, IT, and supply chain
  • Represent Catalyx in industry forums, networks, and conferences to embed profile in US pharma ecosystem

Requirements

  • Experienced Business Development leader
  • Substantial network within life sciences/pharma, particularly in the US
  • Demonstrated success in selling services/people-based solutions (consulting, outsourcing, managed services, or FSP)
  • Strong business development acumen with a track record of growing accounts and building long-term client partnerships
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on sales execution
  • Proven ability to navigate large, complex client organizations and influence senior stakeholders
  • Ambition to step into a leadership role that will be shaped around the right candidate
