💰 $65,000 - $85,000 per year
About the role
- Provide aftermarket customer support for multiple branches within their territory
- Perform follow-ups with customers after in-shop and field repairs are completed to ensure satisfactory performance
- Conduct customer site visits with local Sales Representatives
- Utilize install base data to proactively solicit aftermarket business, including preventative maintenance agreements
- Report progress to regional leadership team weekly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or applicable industry equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or other customer-facing role preferred
- Salesforce.com experience a plus
- Industrial, commercial, or municipal process water experience a plus
- Proficiency with computers and business software, such as Microsoft Office, Skype, cloud-based solutions
