About the role
- Oversee all aspects of Cornerstone’s cloud operations
- Develop and execute the firm's cloud strategy
- Identify and champion new cloud technologies
- Lead architectural design and implementation of cloud solutions
- Implement governance frameworks for quality and compliance
- Manage cloud budget focusing on cost optimization
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- 10 years of experience in cloud computing
- 5 years in a leadership or directorial role
- Deep hands-on experience with at least two major public cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, serverless computing, and backup/recovery technologies
- Proven track record of building and leading engineering teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Cloud Professional Certification required (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional)
