Software Engineer

• Lead various analysis and programming initiatives in Cornerstone Research’s Software Engineering department
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, Data Warehouse and upcoming BI technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making
• Influence department processes, procedures, and strategy while driving employee development
• Optimize data models and DAX queries for performance and usability
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards
• Document report logic, data flows, and provides user support as needed
• Maintain data integration between systems, creating automated data feeds, and structuring data for use by the data warehouse

Recruitment

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the firm’s Staffing and Development team
• Ensures accurate data entry and data quality across all platforms and resources.
• Conduct research, generate reports, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for Staffing team members, office leadership, and other stakeholders.

Staffing and Development Coordinator

• Provide full-cycle recruiting support for all of the firm’s corporate and administrative positions, including creating and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, facilitating offer letter approval and drafting process.
• Conduct and coordinate new hire orientation for corporate and administrative hires to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement.
• Respond to various queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments.
• Contribute to the analysis of recruiting and onboarding metrics to identify patterns and improve processes.
• Contribute to additional Recruiting and Human Resources projects as assigned.
