Manage overall agency of record operations to ensure scopes, burn rates, work product and reporting are aligned with budgets and benchmarks and drive year-over-year efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally across Pfizer to identify opportunities, resolve dependencies, and proactively address challenges with scalable solutions.
Manage a marketing operations budget, ensuring strategic allocation and optimization.
Ensure seamless integration across paid, owned, and earned media disciplines by partnering closely with Global Media and Performance teams.
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies (e.g., Adobe, AI) to inform campaign strategies and operational enhancements supporting Pfizer brand work.
Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of campaign plans.
Maximize efficiencies across all elements of go-to-market and campaign planning; scale across the organization as relevant.
Requirements
BA/BS with 8+ years or MBA/MS with 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, marketing operations, operations, or product marketing; or at an award-winning agency leading strategic planning, operations or accounts.
Proven ability to translate audience insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable market impact.
Demonstrated success leading teams to launch high-impact initiatives within large, multinational organizations; global experience across markets and cultures preferred.
Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain effective partnerships across diverse teams and functions, fostering collaboration and driving shared outcomes.
