About the role

  • XTEND is a leading provider of Tactical Drone solutions for defense, offense, and reconnaissance, delivering cutting-edge technologies that transform how businesses engage with immersive technology and serve military and HLS users. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead XTEND’s defense sales efforts in Israel . You will play a crucial role as part of our sales efforts and accelerating customer adoption of XTEND's innovative drone solutions. Key Responsibilities: Part of sales teams to deliver impactful product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs. Define customized solutions that combine XTEND's technologies with the client's infrastructure. Lead PoCs, simulations, and trials to showcase XTEND’s value in addressing challenges. Conduct workshops and meetings to align solutions with customer goals. RFP Assistance: Create technical content and proposals to address customer requirements effectively.. Monitor industry trends and competitor technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Build trust and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or technical sales roles , specifically in the defense industry - must
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to a wide range of audiences, from technical experts to C-level executives, in various settings including field environments.
  • Strong understanding of proposal development, including pricing
  • Proven Experience with support sales teams by providing technical expertise, handling customer technical inquiries, and contributing to the overall sales cycle.
  • proven ability to writhe technical presentations, requirements documents, and responding to RFPs
  • Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and create innovative, tailored solutions that address business needs while highlighting the value of XTEND’s technologies.
  • Being able to connect with a wide variety of people and build strong relationships
  • Strong team player, able to work collaboratively with operation, product, engineering, and customer success teams to drive results.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and balance multiple leads or prospects, including setting and meeting sales goals.
  • Experience in presentations, whether in person, over the phone or online.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken.
