About the role
- Manage and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Own the full partner journey - from onboarding and training to ongoing support and engagement.
- Be the main point of contact for partner communication, ensuring questions are answered and needs are met quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and deliverables across teams to ensure smooth implementations and partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Sales teams to represent partner feedback and align expectations.
- Interpret partner feedback and data insights to drive process improvements and better service delivery.
- Travel occasionally to partner sites as needed (approximately 6 times per year).
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in the medical landscape.
- Proven ability to build relationships and maintain trust with clients or partners over time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to engage both medical experts and technical personnel.
- Highly organized, independent, and proactive, with a focus on follow-through and customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
