About the role

  • Manage and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Own the full partner journey - from onboarding and training to ongoing support and engagement.
  • Be the main point of contact for partner communication, ensuring questions are answered and needs are met quickly and professionally.
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and deliverables across teams to ensure smooth implementations and partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Sales teams to represent partner feedback and align expectations.
  • Interpret partner feedback and data insights to drive process improvements and better service delivery.
  • Travel occasionally to partner sites as needed (approximately 6 times per year).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in the medical landscape.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and maintain trust with clients or partners over time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to engage both medical experts and technical personnel.
  • Highly organized, independent, and proactive, with a focus on follow-through and customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
