We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead XTEND’s defense sales efforts in Israel . You will play a crucial role as part of our sales efforts and accelerating customer adoption of XTEND's innovative drone solutions. Key Responsibilities: Part of sales teams to deliver impactful product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs. Define customized solutions that combine XTEND's technologies with the client's infrastructure. Lead PoCs, simulations, and trials to showcase XTEND’s value in addressing challenges. Conduct workshops and meetings to align solutions with customer goals. RFP Assistance: Create technical content and proposals to address customer requirements effectively.. Monitor industry trends and competitor technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Build trust and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process

Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable Python-based software.
• Integrate and test various external and internal APIs.
• Collaborate with other teams across all of XTEND’s disciplines.
• Mentor, manage, and lead a team of developers.
• Take ownership of internal tools and automation infrastructure, including design, implementation, and ongoing improvements to support scalable and robust development workflows.

• Report directly to the Chip Of Product; based in Israel (Tel‑Aviv).
• Remit spans brand, demand, product marketing, investor relations, and marketing ops to build team, playbooks, and dashboards to Series C.
• Publish brand‑to‑pipeline plan (PR, analyst, social, ambassador, “game‑over” content).
• Launch four growth engines (SEO/GEO + content, paid ABM, partner co‑sell, events) to generate qualified pipeline.
• Deliver qualified leads per region (US, EU, APAC) while keeping CAC within guardrails.
• Deploy a full sales‑enablement kit and persona nurtures; lift deal velocity.
• Own the marketing budget; reallocate quarterly to keep CAC payback low and a reasonable LTV:CAC ratio.
• Manage and lead a team of 5–10 external contractors in the first year; define roles & responsibilities, workflows, and performance dashboards.
• Create visual and textual cutting edge marketing content; work with creative agencies and studios.
• Produce monthly “war‑room” dashboards by region, product, and partner; present insights weekly.
• Lead investor‑relations marketing: quarterly progress demos, investor brief, and bi‑annual VIP demos.
• Ensure the full martech stack is live and integrated.

• We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Business partner to join our finance team. This role supports strategic decision-making across the company, with a strong focus on project-based sales, business unit partnering, and management reporting. The analyst will work closely with operational and sales leaders, support quarterly financial closes, conduct gap analyses, and leverage both ERP and BI systems for data-driven insights. Experience in project-based hardware and software companies is required.
• Key Responsibilities Act as a Finance Business Partner to business units and cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, R&D, etc.) Work closely with project-based hardware/software sales teams on deal structure, profitability, and pipeline tracking Build, maintain, and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports to senior leadership and board Drive budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly variance and gap analysis processes Support quarterly financial close activities, including journal inputs, accrual reviews, and reconciliations Use BI tools to build dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports Leverage ERP platforms especially Priority for financial reporting and data validation Develop financial models and scenarios to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions

• Architect & develop the core backend infrastructure, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Design and implement scalable, high-availability systems for real-time robot telemetry & control.
• Make critical technology decisions to ensure scalability, security, and low-latency operations.
• Work closely with robotics engineers & cloud architects to design integration protocols.
• Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
• Implement event-driven architectures for handling high-throughput sensor data.
• Optimize performance for real-time messaging and streaming architectures.
• Ensure security, authentication, and encryption best practices for connected devices.
