Manage various user acquisition channels (social media, incentivized networks, video platforms) by helping to create, monitor, and optimize UA campaigns.
Support the development of strategic initiatives by conducting research and testing different hypotheses under the guidance of senior team members.
Utilize internal and external reporting and analytics tools to gather data and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
Participate in creative testing processes and help track and analyze competitors' creatives to stay informed about trends in ad tech and mobile growth.
Collaborate with a top-performing product team supported by senior team members and industry partners.
Requirements
About 1 year of experience in user acquisition within the mobile game development industry.
Basic knowledge of at least one ad platform (e.g., Meta Ads, Google UAC, Applovin, ASA) and a willingness to learn.
Understanding of fundamental UA goals and KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
A strong desire to grow and develop in user acquisition.
English proficiency at B2 (upper intermediate) level or higher.
