About the role
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- Work closely with founders and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights
- Help define and build repeatable outbound and inbound motion
- Engage technical stakeholders with empathy and credibility
- Manage pipeline with a focus on velocity, value, and clarity
- Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing and future of customer experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling into enterprise customers
- Demonstrable and proven commercial SaaS sales experience, ideally in developer tools, security, or infrastructure
- Thrive in early-stage environments where ambiguity is the norm
- Know how to communicate clearly with technical buyers
- Can create demand, not just manage it
- Are coachable, curious, and motivated by solving real problems for real users
- Have an ownership mindset and bias for action
- Bonus if you have experience with compliance or risk-adjacent workflows (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
