About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Work closely with founders and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights
  • Help define and build repeatable outbound and inbound motion
  • Engage technical stakeholders with empathy and credibility
  • Manage pipeline with a focus on velocity, value, and clarity
  • Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing and future of customer experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling into enterprise customers
  • Demonstrable and proven commercial SaaS sales experience, ideally in developer tools, security, or infrastructure
  • Thrive in early-stage environments where ambiguity is the norm
  • Know how to communicate clearly with technical buyers
  • Can create demand, not just manage it
  • Are coachable, curious, and motivated by solving real problems for real users
  • Have an ownership mindset and bias for action
  • Bonus if you have experience with compliance or risk-adjacent workflows (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
