Product Marketing

• Partner with Product Managers to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business benefits and value propositions for diverse personas
• Conduct customer & market research and competitive analysis to inform product & go-to-market strategies
• Develop competitive product positioning and messaging frameworks
• Develop and execute product launch campaigns and content for new features and capabilities including positioning frameworks, marketing campaigns & sales enablement material
• Create sales enablement materials for diverse markets and use cases including sales decks, battlecards, demo videos, training packs, ROI calculators, case studies and more
• Work with our content function to develop landing pages, thought leadership, webinar and event content that showcases our platform's capabilities and value proposition
• Build advocacy programs that leverage satisfied customers for marketing and sales activities
• Own our analyst relations programme building relationships with Gartner, Forrester and other relevant firms to shape how they cover Xapien, actively soliciting their market intelligence and feedback to inform product strategy, and working towards recognition in key Magic Quadrants and Market Guides
• Own & develop content for our community product room
• Develop customer advisory board initiatives to drive product feedback and market validation

Product Marketing Lead

Digital Marketing

• Execute paid media end to end across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads, covering ABM strategy, setup, audience and creative structure, and daily optimisation.
• Own the digital marketing budget across paid channels. Set quarterly allocation across LinkedIn and Google, manage pacing and reallocation in-flight, and report on spend efficiency to senior leadership.
• Own paid asset production across three verticals (Corporates, Financial Services, Legal), translating content team output into channel-ready creative and copy, and iterating based on performance data.
• Cross-channel performance reporting across paid, organic, website and landing pages. Includes website analytics and conversion rate analysis.
• Flag accounts and individuals showing buying intent (campaign engagement, site behaviour, event attendance, content consumption) to the marketing, SDR, sales, and customer success teams.
• UTM governance, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager including Consent Mode, and clean attribution from click through to pipeline. Drive measurement maturity toward influenced-pipeline thinking.
• Run a recurring revenue marketing sync with sales teams to review intent signals and account prioritisation, and use conversion-to-meeting and conversion-to-opportunity data to refine targeting and scoring.
• Report to senior leadership on pipeline sourced and influenced, cost per qualified opportunity, ROI, and the strategic context behind the numbers (channel mix decisions, what's working, what isn't).
• Own how marketing leads and accounts are routed to the sales teams, in partnership with sales leadership, with opportunities to develop qualification and scoring criteria.
• Own the integration between paid ad accounts (LinkedIn, Google) and HubSpot so that ad spend, lead capture and attribution data flow cleanly into the CRM.
• Manage HubSpot forms and notifications.
• In HubSpot, manage the custom report builder, dashboards, attribution modelling, data hygiene, and harder edge cases such as event and contact-level attendance reporting where events rarely create new contacts cleanly.

Digital Marketing Manager

Account Executive

• Take full ownership of an individual revenue quota, with a focus on new business acquisition and early-stage account expansion
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle across a defined territory or vertical, from first engagement through to signed contract
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, proactively sourcing new prospects through outbound activity, inbound leads, and your own network
• Run structured discovery, demonstration, and commercial conversations with senior stakeholders across legal, compliance, risk, and operations functions
• Own accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting, ensuring all opportunities are consistently tracked and up to date in Xapien's CRM
• Develop a deep understanding of each prospect's business challenges, buying process, and decision-making landscape
• Collaborate with the Solutions team to deliver tailored product demonstrations and respond effectively to technical and commercial due diligence
• Work closely with Marketing to engage with campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives that support pipeline growth
• Coordinate with the Partnerships team to progress any partner-influenced or co-sell opportunities within your territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify expansion opportunities and support successful renewals
• Provide regular field insight on buyer sentiment, competitive dynamics, and market positioning to inform broader go-to-market strategy
