About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Product Managers to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business benefits and value propositions for diverse personas
  • Conduct customer & market research and competitive analysis to inform product & go-to-market strategies
  • Develop competitive product positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Develop and execute product launch campaigns and content for new features and capabilities including positioning frameworks, marketing campaigns & sales enablement material
  • Create sales enablement materials for diverse markets and use cases including sales decks, battlecards, demo videos, training packs, ROI calculators, case studies and more
  • Work with our content function to develop landing pages, thought leadership, webinar and event content that showcases our platform's capabilities and value proposition
  • Build advocacy programs that leverage satisfied customers for marketing and sales activities
  • Own our analyst relations programme building relationships with Gartner, Forrester and other relevant firms to shape how they cover Xapien, actively soliciting their market intelligence and feedback to inform product strategy, and working towards recognition in key Magic Quadrants and Market Guides
  • Own & develop content for our community product room
  • Develop customer advisory board initiatives to drive product feedback and market validation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in RegTech, FinTech, or enterprise software
  • Experience in compliance, risk management, legal technology, or adjacent markets strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies for complex technology solutions
  • Proven track record of marketing to both mid-market and enterprise segments, including experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
