Requirements
Demonstrated high proficiency in a relevant field, such as Communications, Creative Writing, or Performing Arts.
Demonstrated ability to spot uncomfortable or mismatched tones, refine character traits for better alignment, and incorporate exceptional comedic timing.
Proficiency in crafting informal and professional exchanges, with strong skills in adapting to varied social environments and maintaining engaging flow.
Strong ability to draw from cultural references, trends, and contexts for dynamic, context-aware contributions.
Strong communication, interpersonal, creative, and improvisational skills.
Commitment to developing AI that embodies lively, appealing traits.
Portfolio showcasing original and creative humorous content (preferred).
Experience in comedy writing, improvisation, content creation, or acting (preferred).
Must be based in Palo Alto, CA, or be fully remote. Cannot be hired in Wyoming or Illinois (US only).
