• Own and deliver strategic, cross-functional projects end-to-end with a clear business impact, especially on own innovations, changes and optimisations that increase our landlord engagement, satisfaction and listing quality on our marketplace.
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear plans, timelines, and success metrics
• Lead operational customer facing launches of e.g.new offers, features, and operational processes
• Use data to identify root causes, validate hypotheses, and measure impact
• Define and track meaningful KPIs with Data teams (e.g. Tableau)
• Align stakeholders and communicate progress proactively throughout execution
• Anticipate risks and adapt execution when needed

Social Media Manager

• Owning Wunderflats’ presence across social media, review platforms, and public communities
• Proactively managing online reputation and brand perception
• Engaging with customers through comments, reviews, and community discussions
• Distributing and amplifying content across social channels to support visibility and demand
• Monitoring sentiment, trends, and risks across external platforms
• Using data and metrics to prioritise actions and measure impact
• Leveraging AI and automation to scale monitoring, engagement, and content workflows
• Collaborating closely with Communications, PR, and Customer Service teams
• Providing regular insights and updates directly to the CMO

Social Media Lead – Reputation

Performance Marketing

• Own tenant and landlord acquisition across France, Belgium, and new markets.
• Adapt strategies to each market’s search behavior, competitive landscape, and maturity.
• Manage pacing and budget allocation daily to ensure efficiency.
• Optimize across Search, PMax, Display, and remarketing and other Performance Marketing Channels.
• Maintain excellent tracking accuracy across international markets.
• Identify and investigate performance changes with structured root-cause analysis.
• Explore differences in markets by analyzing:
• Auction dynamics
• Query-level trends
• Conversion quality
• Competitive pressure and seasonality
• Validate data across platforms, analytics tools, and backend systems.
• Run rigorous, well-structured experiments across markets to find repeatable growth levers. We are looking for someone who is excited about structured experiments - pragmatic, not perfectionist and even when the tracking or tooling isn’t perfect.
• Document test setups, hypotheses, and learnings clearly and systematically.
• Share insights across the organization to influence multi-market strategy.
• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks that reflect international performance.
• Collaborate closely with Growth leadership, Product, BI, and local teams.
• Communicate performance trends and actionable recommendations with clarity.

Performance Marketing Manager – International

• Own performance across tenant and landlord acquisition in the DACH markets.
• Manage budgets and pacing daily, ensuring efficiency and quick responses to shifts.
• Optimize campaigns across Search, PMax, Display, and retargeting and other Performance Marketing Channels.
• Continuously refine targeting, audiences, creatives, bidding strategies.
• Maintain exceptionally high tracking hygiene across platforms, analytics tools, and backend data
• Investigate performance anomalies with a scientific mindset:.
• Query-level and auction insights analysis
• Competitor intensity and seasonality
• Attribution validation

• Build a full-funnel understanding of user behavior and conversion quality.
