Manager

• Work as part of project teams (2–4 team members per project) on school and administrative buildings, exhibition and conference centers, as well as laboratory and office buildings.
• Contribution to project delivery and project control in accordance with AHO Heft 9, across all project phases.
• Support with tendering, contract award documentation and bid evaluation, as well as with permitting processes.
• Tasks include invoice verification, schedule creation and adjustment, cost control, minutes and documentation.
• Involvement in risk management and quality management, as well as stakeholder management.
• You act as the interface: managing site and specialist planners and integrating users and clients into your communications.
• Support in the professional consulting and client care of our public and private clients.

Engineer

• Reporting to a Project Manager, you will primarily work in an engineering/design office.
• Carry out geological characterization of railway ballast and interpret results in accordance with standard NF X 46-102.
• Perform macroscopic characterization of natural rocks and determine their lithology.
• Identify rocks and assess the asbestiform risk associated with each lithology.
• Prepare geological reports and incorporate petrographic analysis results performed in the laboratory.
• Define Zones Presenting Similarities of Structure (ZPSO).
• Contribute to the organization and monitoring of projects, in compliance with WSP's Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental procedures.

Geological Engineer

• Contribute to the implementation of projects to develop thermal energy production and distribution equipment.
• Participate in owner’s project management support (assistance to project owners) assignments.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals.
• Assist in the production of project deliverables.
• Capture and share lessons learned to continuously improve our practices.
• Contribute to updating our technical and regulatory reference documents.

• Business development & client relations
• Define and implement the prospecting strategy for the private sector: commercial real estate (offices), hospitality, healthcare, data centers, luxury, etc.
• Contribute to the growth of our client portfolio and develop relationships with strategic partners: developers, architects, contractors...
• Coordinate commercial activities with the dedicated team (Head of Development, Sales Managers)
• Negotiate commercial proposals/contracts with clients and partners
• Manage existing key accounts: engagement, retention, feedback and lessons learned
• Represent WSP France with impact and professionalism to our clients and specifiers/prescribers
• Work closely with the Business Unit Director and the Operations Director to ensure the BU's performance
• Provide technical and strategic support to project managers
• Participate in drafting and optimizing contracts.
