About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will provide day-to-day support to two strategic executives, ensuring the organizational and logistical coordination of their activities.
  • Manage complex calendars.
  • Organize meetings, committees and business travel in France, Switzerland and more broadly across Europe.
  • Coordinate and organize special events.
  • Prepare meetings and follow up: agendas, meeting minutes.
  • Create, format and consolidate visual materials and reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A 2–3 year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2/3) in executive assistance or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in an international environment, ideally in the engineering or industrial sector.
  • Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency with office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and visual-creation tools (Canva, advanced PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, rigor, proactivity and the ability to manage priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
