About the role
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date information within complex Excel spreadsheets.
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and track key deliverables and deadlines.
- Prepare and populate standardized template documents for client reporting and internal operations.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the seamless operation of the executive office.
- Serve as a central communication point across various platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively anticipate needs and manage tasks without constant oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background or demonstrated interest in finance or investments (advantage).
- Self-starter attitude and eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
