About the role
- Remote position.
- Manage and customise the CRM platform, including user permissions, workflows, custom objects, and profiles.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Analyze CRM data to derive insights on team productivity and operations.
- Collaborate with teams to capture business requirements and implement CRM solutions.
- Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools.
- Establish processes to secure customer and business data.
- Provide training to administration, staff, and faculty on CRM usage.
- Manage and organize office operations, schedules, and meetings.
- Maintain records and databases ensuring data accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
- Assist with financial tasks like tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Support staff processes including hiring, onboarding, and payroll reconciliation.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders and prepare reports and presentations.
- Internship duration 4–16 weeks, 25–30 hours/week with mentorship and weekly deliverables.
- Work timings: Full-time interns 11:00–17:00; Part-time slots 11:00–14:00 or 14:00–17:00; Off-time batch 17:00–18:30 with flexible hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
