About the role

  • Remote position.
  • Manage and customise the CRM platform, including user permissions, workflows, custom objects, and profiles.
  • Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Analyze CRM data to derive insights on team productivity and operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to capture business requirements and implement CRM solutions.
  • Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools.
  • Establish processes to secure customer and business data.
  • Provide training to administration, staff, and faculty on CRM usage.
  • Manage and organize office operations, schedules, and meetings.
  • Maintain records and databases ensuring data accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
  • Assist with financial tasks like tracking expenses and processing invoices.
  • Support staff processes including hiring, onboarding, and payroll reconciliation.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Internship duration 4–16 weeks, 25–30 hours/week with mentorship and weekly deliverables.
  • Work timings: Full-time interns 11:00–17:00; Part-time slots 11:00–14:00 or 14:00–17:00; Off-time batch 17:00–18:30 with flexible hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
