- Strategic Operations Leadership: Partner directly with the COO to solve our hardest scaling challenges. Help us find and drive opportunities that produce excellent results. Lead collaboration between teams to create better outcomes for our patients and team.
- Technology and Process Innovation: Build automated workflows that eliminate hours of manual work. Turn operational clunkiness into efficient systems.
- Data and Analytics: Turn data into clear, actionable insights that guide smarter decisions. Equip teams with better dashboards and the training and tools they need so data becomes part of their daily routine, driving better performance.
- Special Projects: Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress of initiatives, and share results.
- Change Management and Communication: Help a fast-growing team of 450+ across 10 locations (scaling to 20+ locations in the next 18 months) adopt new systems without losing momentum.
