• Special Projects: Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress of initiatives, and share results.
• Change Management and Communication: Help a fast-growing team of 450+ across 10 locations (scaling to 20+ locations in the next 18 months) adopt new systems without losing momentum.
