About the role
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term talent needs.
- Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and data-driven insights/recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, etc.).
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the full candidate journey, from initial screen through offer.
- Conduct phone screens and assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and transparency.
- Coordinate interviews, ensure consistency in evaluation, and guide hiring teams on best practices.
- Track progress using ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate data and compliance.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, healthcare experience highly preferred.
- Strong track record of filling roles across multiple levels and functions.
- Skilled in sourcing, pipeline management, and leveraging ATS systems. (Greenhouse preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple searches simultaneously.
