About the role

  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term talent needs.
  • Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and data-driven insights/recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, etc.).
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the full candidate journey, from initial screen through offer.
  • Conduct phone screens and assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and transparency.
  • Coordinate interviews, ensure consistency in evaluation, and guide hiring teams on best practices.
  • Track progress using ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate data and compliance.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, healthcare experience highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of filling roles across multiple levels and functions.
  • Skilled in sourcing, pipeline management, and leveraging ATS systems. (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple searches simultaneously.
