Sales and marketing position for Woundlocal mobile advanced wound care targeting skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, home health and hospice
Responsible for closing all professional facilities in the assigned region
Achieve monthly Personal Production Goals and advanced wound care patient quotas for assigned region
Achieve monthly Team Production Goals and advanced wound care patient quotas for managed territories
Obtain new signed service contracts with facility partners and manage/update contracts as needed
Execute effective sales calls including pre/post call planning, rapport building, questioning, proposing solutions, handling objections, and closing
Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source
Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn referrals
Work collaboratively with Territory Account Managers supporting assigned referral accounts
Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and routing
Provide educational presentations and in-service appointments about advanced wound care and the Woundlocal program
Perform sales administration duties including Salesforce, expense entry compliance, and timely communications
Manage Sales and Marketing expense budget and project return on spending
Remote/outside sales role requiring personal vehicle; 80% field customer-facing, 20% administrative
Must be willing to travel to Boerne TX monthly for sales meetings
Reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing
Requirements
Must have min 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical space, wound care sales experience a plus
Must demonstrate ability to work independently and productively with little supervision.
Must own a reliable vehicle, have a clean driving record, and have insurance.
