Account Manager

• Sales and marketing for the mobile advanced wound care medical practice Woundlocal
• Key call points: skilled nursing facilities, long-term care acute care facilities, assisted living facilities, home health and hospice programs
• Maintain productive working relationships with active referral partners in the assigned region
• Achievement of monthly personal goals and quotas for assigned region
• Execute effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of the referral community and communicate features and benefits of the Woundlocal service line
• Call planning, establishing rapport, effective questioning skills, and proposing solutions
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source
• Seek to better understand the needs of customers to provide customized solutions and earn new/continued referrals
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared team goals and success
• Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through account development including prospecting/diversification and call frequency/routing
• Maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts
• Provide educational presentations and in-service appointments about advanced wound care and the Woundlocal mobile advanced wound care program
• Responsible for all sales administration duties including, but not limited to, Salesforce, expense entry compliance, timely cell phone and e-mail correspondence
• Field sales position requiring the use of personal vehicle; 80% customer-facing in the field, 20% administrative
• Position paid as salary plus commission

Healthcare Sales Account Manager, Visiting Advanced Wound Care

Account Executive

• Sales and marketing position for Woundlocal mobile advanced wound care targeting skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, home health and hospice
• Responsible for closing all professional facilities in the assigned region
• Achieve monthly Personal Production Goals and advanced wound care patient quotas for assigned region
• Achieve monthly Team Production Goals and advanced wound care patient quotas for managed territories
• Obtain new signed service contracts with facility partners and manage/update contracts as needed
• Execute effective sales calls including pre/post call planning, rapport building, questioning, proposing solutions, handling objections, and closing
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn referrals
• Work collaboratively with Territory Account Managers supporting assigned referral accounts
• Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and routing
• Provide educational presentations and in-service appointments about advanced wound care and the Woundlocal program
• Perform sales administration duties including Salesforce, expense entry compliance, and timely communications
• Manage Sales and Marketing expense budget and project return on spending
• Remote/outside sales role requiring personal vehicle; 80% field customer-facing, 20% administrative
• Must be willing to travel to Boerne TX monthly for sales meetings
• Reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing
