About the role
- Develop and execute GTM action plans with product management and product marketing to drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with functional leaders across the business to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of the action plan.
- Manage launch plans including timelines, budgets, and KPIs to keep launches on track.
- Track and optimize performance post-launch by monitoring results, analyzing data, and adjusting strategy.
- Prepare and provide progress and performance updates reflecting all associated workstreams; deliver concise updates to executive leadership.
- Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth launches.
- Implement and improve launch management standards and processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Own and manage detailed project plans in Asana or spreadsheets, track key dates, shifting timelines, and ownership across cross-functional teams.
- Implement and maintain DACI or RACI models to ensure clarity in decision-making and accountability.
Requirements
- Strategic Thinking: Developing comprehensive plans with checklists featuring outcomes/deliverables by owners with, dates, dependencies, etc.
- Analytical Acumen: Makes data-driven decisions. Operates in deep detail with confidence and credibility.
- Collaboration and Communication: Effectively working with diverse teams and clearly conveying what is expected, by who, when, etc.
- Project Management: Organizing and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders; experience using Asana or spreadsheets is preferred.
- Execution Under Pressure: Exceptionally organized and composed under high-stress, time-sensitive conditions.
- Excellent writing and communication skills; capable of delivering concise, impactful weekly updates to executive leadership.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing challenges proactively.
- Leadership and Influence: Inspiring and motivating teams to achieve goals.
- Comprehensive Business Insight: Deep expertise in the Worldpay for Platforms business, industry landscape, partner and merchant needs, and operating models across platform segments.
- Familiarity with launch frameworks such as DACI or RACI and experience implementing accountability frameworks.
- May be required to undergo a drug test if working in the United States.
