Serve as a strategic leader and advisor, driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of national strategies for Sustained Humanitarian Responses (SHR) Fragile and Self-Funded Offices (SFOs)
Provide high-level guidance to ensure strategies are evidence-driven, child results–focused, and financially sustainable
Oversee the development and application of innovative scorecards that integrate child well-being outcomes, financial sustainability metrics, and industry benchmarks
Ensure a culture of data-driven decision-making at field and regional levels
Promote a culture of continuous improvement in strategy execution, embedding Kaizen principles and innovation in SHR and SFO operations
Requirements
Postgraduate degree (preferred) in strategy, international development, public policy or organizational leadership
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in humanitarian and development organizations
At least 5 years’ experience in fragile contexts and humanitarian response operations
Demonstrated expertise in strategy leadership, development, and implementation at national or regional levels
Strong background in evidence-based strategy monitoring, balanced scorecards, and resource mobilization
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate complex strategic processes
Experience promoting adaptive management and continuous improvement in organizational settings
Fluency in English required
Proficiency in French or Spanish are an added advantage.
