Supervising others and responsibilities consistent with supervising employees, including monitoring daily work activities, tracking and approving timesheets, monitoring performance, entering goals and progress check-ins, documenting performance concerns, and entering staff promotions, transitions, and separations in HRIS within required time frame; managers expected to lead staff in a manner consistent with Christian values (praying with staff, leading devotionals, fostering a Christian environment)
Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications to the Immigration Legal Services (ILS) department, including screening and directing phone calls
Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring timely reminders and follow-up
Facilitate clear, professional communication between clients, staff, and volunteers through in-person, phone, and digital platforms
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail for the ILS team
Prepare, maintain, and archive accurate client case files in compliance with confidentiality standards
Process client payments, issue receipts, and track financial transactions
Support timely filing and data entry of government correspondence, ensuring relevant information is communicated promptly to clients and team members
Utilize and manage case management and reporting systems, including LawLogix, Square, PirateShip, and Dynamics, to support program operations and reporting
Maintain records for client cases, financial activities, and grant reporting
Identify opportunities for improved office efficiency and lead the implementation of approved processes
Plan and oversee special projects as assigned
Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to support ILS operations
Provide administrative and operational support to ILS team members as needed
Participate actively in team meetings and organizational initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in law, social services, or a related field
Experience in using technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness of required administrative tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to effectively configure system databases as they relate to case management or proven ability to learn to do so
Highly organized with skills in coordinating and implementing various components of a project, ensuring objectives are met
Ability to work both independently with minimum supervision, and in collaboration with others
A desire to serve immigrants and refugees in support of the mission and vision of World Relief
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and respectfully in cross-cultural settings, including with individuals for whom English is not a primary language
Desire and ability to work with people of diverse ethnicities, nationalities, religions, cultures and languages
Flexibility, resourcefulness and the ability to enthusiastically assist with other duties as assigned
Preferred: Proficiency in one or more languages other than English highly desirable
Preferred: Experience training and supervising volunteers
Preferred: Previous professional experience serving immigrant or refugee populations
