About the role
- Manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (social, search, DSPs, ad networks) with a focus on scale and ROI.
- Own creative testing from concept through launch, collaborating with Creative teams to deliver high-performing ads at scale.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend optimizations to improve KPIs (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV).
- Maintain strong relationships with key advertising partners, unlocking new formats, beta opportunities, and optimization support.
- Report and communicate performance results clearly to Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Evaluate and onboard new UA channels, technologies, and tools to expand reach and efficiency.
- Partner with Analytics to refine predictive models for UA performance and cohort value.
- Develop scalable processes for campaign management, creative iteration, and reporting as the UA function grows.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across key mobile channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, DSPs, mobile ad networks).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required, SQL is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to run and evaluate A/B testing, with experience scaling creative testing pipelines.
- Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
