Data Analyst

• Own reporting and analysis across paid UA channels (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, etc.) — ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention cohorts
• Build and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance, channel efficiency, and audience trends
• Analyze the paid → organic relationship and surface insights on how UA investments drive broader growth
• Support audience segmentation and targeting strategies using behavioral and demographic data
• Partner with the UA and creative teams to evaluate creative performance and identify winning patterns
• Conduct incrementality, attribution, and funnel analysis to improve spend allocation
• Support ad hoc deep dives — new channel evaluation, seasonal campaign analysis, creator/partnership ROI
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for both marketing practitioners and senior leadership

Marketing Data Analyst

• Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for analysis, including resolving issues regarding missing, inconsistent, or novel data
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Amplitude, Power BI, or Excel
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with business teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance) to understand data needs and deliver relevant analyses
• Support ad hoc analysis and deep dives to answer specific business questions or identify opportunities
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards

Operations

• Partner with the Chief of Staff on strategic value-creation initiatives aligned with WGT’s 2027-2028 growth roadmap.
• Market opportunity sizing and strategic expansion analysis across select geographies.
• Evaluation of new platforms, distribution channels, or product adjacencies.
• GTM planning and investment prioritization frameworks.
• Building executive-ready analyses, financial models, and strategy materials to inform leadership decision-making.
• Supporting broader cross-functional initiatives tied to growth and operational efficiency.
