• Learn and manage multiple platforms including Sycle.net, Google Workspace, Synthesia, Google Labs, and social media platforms.
• Support leadership in integrating AI-driven tools into workflows and employee training.
• Assist in building training plans, SOPs, guides, and manuals in collaboration with leadership.

• Ensure staff understand and successfully use required software and systems.
