Senior BI Developer

• Act as a strategic and analytically driven leader supporting a key client in the fintech BPO sector across multiple European markets
• Design, manage & validate sales performance reports, campaign dashboards, and customer insights to guide strategic decision-making
• Design data collection strategies & experimental set-ups to gather additional customer insights in daily operations
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the client’s leadership; implement process improvements internally to drive sales growth
• Collaborate with ICT teams to implement global BI processes, tools, and metrics across the European sales region

• Key Responsibilities: Participate in all aspects of the data analytics process: understanding data needs, gathering, cleaning, structuring, analyzing, and reporting

• WorkNomads is looking for a creative Piping Designer to draft plans, layouts and drawings for the construction, installation & operation of piping systems
• You will be responsible for the technical drawings (including the creation of technical overview and detail drawings, workshop drawings in 2D and 3D)
• We are recruiting several Piping Designers to join our hybrid team, working occasionally from the WorkNomads’ homebase in Sofia,Bulgaria
• Dare to have a mission: Taking measurements of existing installations
• Responsible for the correct elaboration of the technical drawings in accordance with the applicable standards and internal procedures
• Discuss and coordinate the designs with the customer
• You will clarify the plans to the welders, mechanics, construction teams
• Work out draft sketches, schematics of parts, systems, subunits, units, details
• Determine and calculate functional, physical, dimensional, structural and geometric requirements for parts, products, details, structures
• Determining specifications and dimensions of parts, subassemblies, units and details
• Specific domain: metalworking, sheet metal, piping, steel structures

Piping Designer (Hybrid)

Full-stack Engineer

• We are looking for a Full Stack Mobile Application Developer with hands-on experience in designing and delivering end-to-end applications across mobile
• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android)
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs services, ensuring smooth communication with backend systems
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud services to manage data efficiently and securely
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to define and deliver seamless end-to-end solutions
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability
• Manage code repositories with Git/GitLab, ensuring proper version control and CI/CD pipeline integration
