About the role
- We are seeking for a Data Analyst to bridge business vision and technical execution at WorkNomads.
- In this pivotal role, you'll translate complex business needs into clear technical solutions for our global FinTech client who's rapidly expanding their operations.
- You'll be the essential connection point between business stakeholders and IT teams, correlating seamless collaboration while guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Your ability to communicate effectively across technical teams, project leadership, and clients will ensure alignment with strategic objectives and drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities: Participate in all aspects of the data analytics process: understanding data needs, gathering, cleaning, structuring, analyzing, and reporting
- Collaborate with the internal management team to guide decision making through data-driven insights and analysis
- Gather and analyze statistical information
- Collect required data and apply appropriate analysis techniques to form conclusions
- Prepare presentations and business documentation based on analytical findings
- Monitor and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Conduct data gathering from multiple internal and external sources
- Maintain active communication with developers and stakeholders to clarify business needs and ensure alignment
- Analyze individual performance and KPIs to support business decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role
- Experience in financial services, BPO, or SaaS/PaaS industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in modeling tools such as BPMN, or similar
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience in process mapping and business workflow optimization
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and BPO industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage
