About the role
- Design and develop insightful data visualizations that drive informed business decisions
- Collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and performance
- Build custom dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI, tailored to customer needs
- Write and optimize DAX and SQL queries
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions
- Ensure data storytelling aligns with business goals
- Support the full BI lifecycle — from concept to delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Strong experience in creating Power BI visualizations and dashboards , including data modeling, report building, and delivering actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Proficient in DAX and confident in building complex expressions
- Strong SQL skills (or a strong willingness to upskill)
- Solid understanding of BI concepts, ETL processes, and Data Warehousing
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured datasets
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services or other cloud platforms is a plus
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
