• Own newsletter sponsorship sales across assigned advertiser categories, contributing to quarterly team revenue goals

Associate Brand Partner – Ad Sales

Growth Marketing

• Manage the day-to-day of paid acquisition across Meta, Beehiiv, and emerging channels: creative testing, budget pacing, and weekly performance reporting.
• Build and maintain the growth infrastructure: landing pages, lead magnets, signup flows, and onboarding paths.
• Manage lifecycle flows from first touch through activation, membership conversion, and event attendance.
• Track funnel performance across conversion rates, acquisition costs, and subscriber quality.
• Bring a point of view on what the numbers mean and what to test next.
• Day-to-day coordination with agencies and external partners on execution, reporting back to the team on performance.
• Work closely with content, creator ops, community, and product teams to keep growth work connected to what is happening across each network.

• Owning the partner’s transition from pre-sale to post-sale
• Manage the sponsorship program lifecycle, including kickoff calls, onboarding into Workweek Partner Platform, timelines, deliverables, lead guarantees, impressions, click thru rates and status reporting
• Aligning with Brand Partner on client KPIs and other benchmarks for program success and collaborate with project teams (internal and external) to identify marketing, demand generation and community development strategies and solutions that would best achieve those goals
• Facilitate smooth creative process, maintain campaign timelines, manage client feedback, and ensure approval prior to launch
• Deliver campaign reporting, offer mid-campaign optimizations, and post-campaign delivery and wrap reporting
• Compile comprehensive stat and ROI reports for current and completed client programs that help support Brand Partners on client renewals and upsell opportunities in line with the Workweek Renewal Process

• Guided by the Director of Content and in collaboration with creators Ari Murray and Nik Sharma, act as the ultimate expert on and gatekeeper of the creators’ voice and brand
• Absorb and maintain editorial guidelines and content themes
• Incorporate Creator and Strategist feedback to make sure every piece of content represents the quality of the brand and drives toward the growth of its ICP
• Collaborate with Director of Content, creator, and key team stakeholders on tracking and fulfilling standard weekly deliverables along with monthly/quarterly/weekly tasks
