Infrastructure Engineer

• Architect, build, and maintain Workweek’s email delivery infrastructure powering our Operator Networks
• Design, deploy, and manage Mail Transfer Agents (MTAs) for high deliverability and reliability
• Optimize sender reputation, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and engagement tracking
• Integrate with ESPs like SendGrid, Mailgun, or Marigold, and troubleshoot SMTP and routing issues
• Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices to ensure uptime and scalability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and design teams to ensure clean integration with our platform and advertiser systems
• Document infrastructure and establish incident response and root cause analysis processes
• Partner with the Partner Platform team to enable reporting and advertiser reach across our email ecosystem
• Use AI tools like Claude to automate, document, or troubleshoot where it makes sense, embracing AI as a force multiplier rather than a replacement

• Own the roadmap for the Partner Platform and make sure priorities line up with company goals
• Work with design and engineering to scope and ship features that make our advertisers’ lives easier
• Dive deep into B2B advertising and multi-touch attribution and figure out how to make it feel less painful for marketers
• Collaborate with Client Success and Brand Partnerships to uncover insights and turn them into product improvements
• Talk to our 200+ clients to learn how we can help them with workflows, content, and attribution
• QA releases when needed and make sure everything works as expected
• Sync with our Professional Networks product team to make sure both sides connect cleanly
• Work in Linear and be ready to use Claude to make your day-to-day faster and more fun

Product Manager, Partner Platform

Video Editor

• Lead the Audio & Video Production Team, overseeing all audio & video production (primarily podcasts) to ensure timely, high-quality output.
• Own production resources and schedules, managing both ongoing content (podcasts, webinars) and custom projects (special series, live recordings, product videos).
• Collaborate with the Content Team to improve show formats, enhance A/V strategy, and support guest preparation with best practices and equipment guidance.
• Partner with the Brand Partnerships Team to deliver custom client content accurately and on schedule.
• Act as a player-coach, editing 1 podcast show (4-8 episodes) per month, and support additional production if/as needed, in order to deeply understand team operations and inform future hiring.
• Manage and grow the team, including producers, editors, and contractors, while ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
• Provide weekly updates to leadership on podcast performance metrics and contractor budgets.
