Responsible for expanding Woolpert’s Water Infrastructure business, including stormwater, water supply, collection & distribution, asset management & condition assessment, and coastal engineering services
Lead business development efforts with Federal, state, and local agencies in the East
Lead and mentor passionate professionals, cultivating a high-performing team
Represent Woolpert as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
Develop visionary solutions tailored to client needs
Drive results, exceed client expectations, and manage client relationships
Travel as required to meet market needs (25-50%)
Requirements
A BA/BS in Civil, Biosystems, or Environmental Engineering/Science (MA/MS preferred)
10–12+ years of related experience
Proven success in business development and client relationship management, particularly with in the East
Experience working with Federal, state, and local agencies
PE license (preferred)
Advanced technical expertise in water infrastructure disciplines
Experience building and leading high-performing teams
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Must be able to travel (25-50%) as required
