Responsible for all aspects of the planning and delivery of Dual Operation Model design and execution to support enterprise Medicare Strategy
Provide leadership, direction, and hands-on support to matrixed teams to ensure successful completion of complex integration initiatives
Create and present executive level communications to provide program updates and facilitate cross functional executive level discussion
Lead large scale, cross functional projects for implementation or process improvement of the Duals operating model including organizational restructuring and realignment
Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, and budget)
Create comprehensive timelines and ensure project team maintains appropriate deliverables following project management standards
Coordinate the work of project managers/business analysts across Operations, IT, Finance, Benefit Operations, etc.
Create meaningful dashboards for executive level update and project status and work with teams to create reports for ongoing analytics post implementation
Create and deliver best practice and training information and work with the training team to create/review training materials
Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team
Assess program risks, proactively manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies, and escalate issues to leadership as needed
Serve as first escalation point for project issues and work with project teams to resolve issues and create risk mitigation plans
Prepare strategic analysis of potential business and/or operational opportunities and effectively communicate business and technology issues and solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required
Master’s degree preferred
8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required
Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing the performance of staff required
Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required
Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred
Experience and/or working knowledge of Duals program, Medicare highly preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
Ability to create and present executive level communications
Role requires up to 10% travel
Candidates may reside anywhere within the continental U.S.
