About the role
- Lead and drive key sales programs that support the operating rhythm and execution of the go-to-market motion
- Prioritize, implement, and operationalize large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to improve planning, execution, and change management across the Sales organization
- Lead program execution and operational cadence (quarterly and annual planning, performance reviews, and key organizational processes)
- Drive end-to-end coordination for strategic business reviews and events, align stakeholders, prepare content, and ensure execution excellence
- Develop and manage planning cadences, program roadmaps, and milestone timelines to keep initiatives on track and aligned with objectives
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Enablement, and other teams to ensure clear communication, ownership, and alignment
- Drive change management for process improvements and equip teams with resources to adapt to organizational change
- Monitor program progress through KPIs and milestones and identify areas for improvement
- Champion and embed Samsaras cultural and operating principles across teams
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree from a 4 year institution
- 6-8 years of experience in program management, sales operations, strategy, or consulting, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional GTM programs that improve sales execution and scalability
- Strong program management skills with expertise in end-to-end delivery (framing the need, scoping requirements, documenting project roadmaps, partnering with teams, defining KPIs and reporting results)
- Ability to ramp up quickly on business priorities and derive insights from data to inform decisions
- Strong communication and written language skills including clear and concise documentation
- Proven track record of building trust and effectively partnering with executives, managers, front-line teammates and cross-functional partners
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure; skilled at prioritization conversations and discussing tradeoffs
- Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products (preferred)
- PMP certification, Agile/Scrum Certification (preferred)
- Must be residing in the United States and able to secure and maintain the legal right to work in the specified work location
