Build and maintain detailed financial models for valuation, scenario and data analysis, and synergy forecasting.
Coordinate and execute due diligence tasks, gathering and analyzing financial, operational, and legal information.
Manage virtual data rooms: structure documents, control access, and ensure version accuracy.
Develop, monitor, and track integration project schedules, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and update status reports.
Prepare deal materials, including investment memos, board presentations, and executive summaries.
Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to inform deal strategy.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory services, or a related consulting background.
Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling techniques.
Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and deadline orientation.
Experience with data room platforms (e.g., Firmex, Datasite, Intralinks), document management best practices, and project management tools (e.g. SmartSheet, MS Project, Midaxo).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline.
