We’re looking for a talented and user-centered Product Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for creating exceptional user experiences and an eye for design detail.
You will take ownership of UX across our digital products — from initial discovery and user research to wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that our products deliver intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences to learners and educators worldwide.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or product design
Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions
Proficiency in Figma (and familiarity with design systems)
Strong skills in visual design: typography, color theory, layout, interaction design
Understanding of UX strategy, information architecture, and interaction patterns
Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
A portfolio that demonstrates deep UX thinking and polished UI design
Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in agile product development teams
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
