About the role

  • As our next Senior UX Designer, you’ll be an essential part of the Product Team, contributing to Eletive’s mission of increasing well-being at work worldwide. You’ll focus on creating seamless, user-centred experiences that help HR teams and employees thrive. Working in a cross-functional team with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers, you’ll turn ideas into valuable, intuitive product features. Research and analyze user behaviors, needs, and pain points to create data-driven designs. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features and continuous improvements. Collaborate with the design team, product managers, and developers to align user needs with business goals. Validate ideas through user research and feedback, ensuring designs resonate with our users. Contribute to cross-functional team discussions , helping shape product specifications and future directions. Continuously learn and evolve , exploring new solutions, tools, and methods to improve efficiency and creativity.

Requirements

  • Have a relevant education in UX/UI Design or similar field. Have 5+ years of experience designing modern UX/UI for enterprise software products (web or mobile applications). Are proficient in Figma (or similar), with experience working in design systems. Enjoy both UX and UI design, with a passion for creating user-centered, visually appealing solutions. Collaborate closely with developers and can turn technical descriptions and research into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Are curious about user research and value data-driven design decisions. Are structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, always striving for innovative solutions. Are fluent in English. Swedish is a plus but not mandatory.
