About the role
- Anchour is hiring a UX Strategist to define and shape intuitive, content-first digital experiences for our website and retainer clients.
- This role focuses on user experience, structure, and functionality, rather than visual/UI design.
- You’ll take the lead in wireframing and prototyping in Figma, ensuring our websites and platforms are clear, purposeful, and user-friendly.
- You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and copywriters to translate business goals and audience needs into experiences that drive engagement and results.
- This is a strategic, client-facing role for someone who thrives on systems thinking, problem solving, and prototyping—with the flexibility to also support content planning when needed.
- What You’ll Do
Requirements
- 2–4 years of UX strategy or UX design experience in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
- Demonstrated ability to design flows, interactions, and structures—not just screens.
- Familiarity with content planning and working alongside content strategy.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills—you can lead workshops and guide clients through UX decisions.
- A systems thinker who can balance user needs, content requirements, and technical feasibility.
