About the role

  • UX/UI Designer Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to contribute to the development of high-quality, user-centered digital solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing user experience strategies, ensuring design consistency, and enhancing usability across our software platforms. Advocate for the importance of User Experience within the organization and educate teams on UX best practices. Design user-centric solutions that meet both business objectives and user needs. Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to address complex business and user challenges. Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and accelerate development across platforms. Identify UX issues and propose actionable solutions to relevant stakeholders. Gather, analyze, and incorporate user feedback, analytics, and usability findings to optimize the user experience. Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate closely with two Scrum teams responsible for software maintenance and enhancement. Conduct UX research using methods such as user interviews, surveys, competitor analysis, laboratory studies, and analytics evaluation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a UX/UI Designer with a comprehensive portfolio of relevant projects. Experience leading design sprints and facilitating collaborative problem-solving sessions, including with senior personnel. Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within an Agile sprint framework. Strong commitment to design excellence and user experience. Competence in delivering presentations and influencing design decisions effectively. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive design. Knowledge of browser and device compatibility issues, including responsive design considerations. Practical experience in user research and application of design thinking methodologies. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with staff at all organizational levels. Experience working within cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams. Practical knowledge of Design Thinking principles. Basic HTML and CSS proficiency. Experience designing SaaS applications. Mobile-first design expertise. Experience contributing to multiple cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams.
