About the role

  • Regional ambassador and global contact for all third-party accounts' support and growth initiatives (EMEA & LATAM; global for Sweaty Betty)
  • Acquire, maintain and service Volume Direct/First Cost & BV Sales Orders and international supply chain for distributors and licensees across brands
  • Lead and guide IAS team in collaboration with Global Supply Chain, International Sales, Credit and systems administration
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and seasonal revenue targets and manage delivery against forecasts and risk categories
  • Manage Distributor account base and communications; navigate supply chain disruptions and distributor challenges
  • Work closely with Credit Team to monitor payments, ensure letters of credit meet standards and manage distributor credit control
  • Provide regular metric & KPI reporting to Finance Teams and facilitate seasonal trackers & shared site
  • Facilitate internal information flow to drive growth and prepare resources/agendas for seasonal Distributor meetings
  • Support International Finance VP to align processes and reporting globally and represent EMEA/LATAM in Supply Chain meetings
  • Work with EMEA Customer Experience to improve Service Quality for Distributors and internal stakeholders
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring on the International Supply Chain and support team development
  • Integrate new IS initiatives, processes and projects to drive 3P growth including Partner tiering
  • Perform other special projects linked to IAS (EMEA & Global) as reasonably requested

Requirements

  • Regional lead (EMEA & LATAM) for third party Footwear accounts and Global Sweaty Betty IAS Team
  • Experience working with 100+ global partners across 50+ countries
  • Ability to acquire, maintain and service Volume Direct/First Cost & BV Sales Orders and supply chain for international distributors and licensees
  • Experience leading and guiding teams and working with Global Supply Chain, International Sales, Credit, and system functionality/administration
  • Proven forecasting skills for quarterly and seasonal revenue targets
  • Experience managing distributor account base and coordinating communication flows
  • Experience navigating supply chain disruption and managing distributor challenges
  • Familiarity working with Credit Team, monitoring payments and letters of credit
  • Ability to prepare metric & KPI reporting (Quarterly Tracker, Aged backlog, Buy window Performance, Samples shipments, Orders Not on the system)
  • Experience facilitating seasonal trackers, shared sites and resource allocations for distributor meetings
  • Experience representing region in International Supply Chain meetings and supporting Finance alignment
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
  • Ability to integrate new IS initiatives, process and projects to drive 3P growth
