• Leads execution of quality priorities, processes, and procedures, including oversight of SOP development and maintenance.
• Ensures the company operates in compliance with applicable legal regulations and cGMP requirements, including 21 CFR 111.

• Ensures consistent quality standards across multiple contract manufacturers and contract laboratories.

• Leads cross-functional process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives for Quality operations.
• Promotes a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the company.
• Works with manufacturing partners to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Exercises decision-making authority for quality matters within scope of role and escalates significant compliance risks as appropriate.
• Initiates and manages investigations for non-conforming materials and finished goods.
• Oversees the deviation and CAPA program to ensure thorough investigations, product impact assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Reviews Change Controls to ensure they are justified and meet cGMP requirements.
• Oversees the training program to ensure employees comply with SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Oversees the stability program to ensure products meet regulatory requirements for labeling claims.
• Supports new product development, reformulation, and packaging configuration to meet regulatory requirements.
• Leads quality-related process improvements.
• Manages departmental budget in alignment with approved financial plans.
• Directly interfaces with Customer Care, Sales, and Customers and serves as point of contact for product or raw material quality inquiries and responds to technical quality concerns.

Senior Manager of Quality – ARG

Accounts Receivable

• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex customer deductions, including chargebacks, pricing errors, returned goods, promotional discrepancies, and other financial disputes.
• Review and analyze large volumes of deduction data, including customer contracts, invoices, shipping documents, and payment histories, to resolve issues promptly and accurately.
• Act as the escalation point for challenging deductions and disputes, working directly with customers and internal teams to resolve issues that cannot be handled by junior staff.
• Provide guidance on complex deduction issues and collaborate with the team to develop best practices and improve overall team performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers regarding deduction disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including negotiating favorable outcomes and preventing future deduction issues.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent communication with customers and address concerns proactively.
• Prepare and present comprehensive deduction reports to senior management, analyzing trends, identifying root causes, and recommending improvements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of deductions to identify recurring patterns or systemic issues that may require changes to processes or agreements.
• Monitor the effectiveness of resolution strategies and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive the development and implementation of new processes, policies, and tools to enhance deduction management efficiency, reduce chargebacks, and minimize financial risk.
• Identify and lead initiatives to streamline deduction processes, leveraging technology and best practices to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Work cross-functionally with the finance, sales, and operations teams to improve the accuracy of invoicing, shipment tracking, and other processes that impact deductions.
• Ensure that all deduction activities are compliant with internal controls, company policies, and customer agreements.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure that deductions are properly recorded in the financial system and reconciled in a timely manner.
• Assist in audit preparation, ensuring all deduction-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards and regulations.

Accounts Receivable Deductions Lead

Social Media Manager

• Own the Great Lakes Wellness social voice across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Concept, create, and publish original, platform-native content (short-form video, static, stories, captions) that feels timely, human, and on-brand.
• Translate brand pillars and product benefits into relatable, entertaining, and educational content.
• Act as a brand steward—ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all social touchpoints.
• Develop and manage the organic social content calendar aligned with brand initiatives, launches, and cultural moments.
• Drive organic growth and engagement through strong storytelling, trend participation, and audience-first thinking.
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, saves, shares) and continuously optimize content based on insights.
• Identify opportunities to test new formats, content styles, and platform features to improve performance.
• Stay deeply immersed in social trends, creator culture, platform updates, and emerging conversations.
• Proactively identify relevant trends and quickly adapt them in a way that feels authentic to the GLW brand.
• Serve as an internal expert on what’s happening now—and what’s next—on social media.
• Engage with the GLW community through comments, DMs, and ongoing conversation to build trust and loyalty.
• Partner closely with Influencer, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Performance teams to ensure alignment and amplification across channels.
• Support influencer and creator content by identifying strong organic moments that can be repurposed or boosted.
• Collaborate with Product and Brand teams to support launches, campaigns, and key moments on social.
• Work with Creative partners to ensure content execution is efficient, on-brief, and optimized for social platforms.
• Provide social insights and learnings to inform broader marketing and brand strategy.
