• **What You Will Do  **
• Lead Generation Strategy:
• - Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation and DTC growth campaigns across digital platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
• - Optimize landing pages, funnels, and website structure to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency.
• - Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferred experience with HubSpot) to streamline lead capture, nurturing, and management.
• Campaign Management:
• - Own and manage performance across multiple digital channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, email) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty.
• - Create targeted campaigns to attract high-quality leads and customers using paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), organic strategies (SEO), and content marketing.
• - Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:
• - Partner closely with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and external partners as needed.
• Analytics, Reporting & Optimization:
• - Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities across lead generation and DTC initiatives.
• - Track and report on key metrics including cost-per-lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and channel performance.
• - Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and budget allocation.
• Content & SEO Strategy:
• - Oversee development of high-impact content such as blog posts, case studies, webinars, and white papers to drive traffic and lead generation.
• - Partner with content and creative teams to ensure content supports SEO, paid media, and conversion objectives.
• - Leverage SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and demand capture.
• Budget Management:
• - Own and manage the digital marketing budget, prioritizing investment in high-performing channels to maximize ROI.
• - Forecast spend and performance, making strategic trade-offs to support growth objectives.

Account Executive

• Increase the visibility and awareness of ARG’s product offerings within assigned territory
• Grow HCP customer base and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Meet with healthcare practitioners to learn more about their practices to strategically sell our products in a consultative manner using a science-based approach
• Educate, support and encourage prescribers to recommend ARG products
• Educate customers on how products can benefit their practice
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth
• Meet & exceed sales targets and quota, measured in terms of total revenue generated

Sales Representative

Product Marketing

• Own and manage the full HCP acquisition and retention lifecycle, from targeting and onboarding to engagement, loyalty, and reactivation.
• Develop and execute the HCP Business Development Playbook, including frameworks, messaging, and enablement tools to drive consistent outreach and conversion across sales and distributor teams.
• Lead the Sampling Program, including segmentation, offer development, fulfillment coordination, and ROI analysis to encourage practitioner trial and product adoption.
• Collaborate with distributors to align acquisition campaigns, sampling initiatives, and loyalty programs with shared revenue and engagement objectives.
• Design and implement the HCP Loyalty Program (future phase), focused on tiered rewards, exclusive education, and retention strategies that enhance lifetime value.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, and Digital teams to deliver a cohesive practitioner experience across email, events, and distributor channels.
• Track, analyze, and optimize HCP funnel metrics, identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and account retention through data-driven insights.

Product Marketing Manager, HCP Acquisition

• Lead the creation and execution of the overarching communications plan, defining lifecycle strategy across acquisition, nurture, conversion, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
• Own end-to-end campaign management across email, SMS, and lifecycle automation, from planning and creative briefing through execution, QA, and performance reporting.
• Partner with agency teams to build and optimize customer journeys in HubSpot, driving engagement, conversion, and retention through targeted, behavior-based automation.
• Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives by leveraging segmentation, product usage, and purchase history to increase average order value (AOV) and subscription longevity.
• Develop and execute retention campaigns focused on reactivation, churn prevention, and customer loyalty across both DTC and practitioner audiences.
• Support HCP acquisition and nurture programs, ensuring lifecycle efforts align with sales enablement, lead scoring, and follow-up coordination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Digital, and Sales teams to translate insights into continuous optimization and informed content planning.
