• Undertaking all bookkeeping activities for multiple clients
• Transactions entry and categorization
• Bank and credit card Reconciliation
• Producing monthly financials including profit and loss statement and balance sheet
• Payroll entry and processing of quarterly payroll reports and year end reports
• Preparing and reporting monthly Tax filing
• Drafting emails requesting information
• Keep up-to-date client checklists and informational sheets
• Any additional ad hoc work that deemed appropriate
