About the role

Report to the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering and lead a regional Solutions Engineering team
Partner with the regionally-based sales director and account teams to develop strong working relationships
Serve as the technical leader and hands-on contributor for the team
Act as trusted advisor to customers on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP
Drive team accountability for deal management in Salesforce and operational excellence
Help customers achieve maximum value from Wiz’s solution through technical sales and close collaboration with internal resources

Leadership managing a team of Solutions Engineers focused on large enterprise accounts
Recruit, retain, develop and coach a team of regionally focused skilled SEs
Partner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency
Drive team accountability to deal management in Salesforce
Ability to travel 25-50%
Cloud security experience
AWS/ Azure/ GCP hands on experience
Network engineering experience / background
Strong operating system, virtual machine and container knowledge
Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks
Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates and keys
Experience with traditional CSPM tools and/or cloud infrastructure security (bonus)
Technical SaaS selling experience (bonus)
Awareness of the CI/CD process (bonus)
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (bonus)
