About the role

  • Lead configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting in collaboration with customers, project managers, and internal teams.
  • Deliver tailored integrations and workflow optimizations that drive customer efficiency.
  • Act as the primary technical contact during implementations, providing expert guidance and resolving issues.
  • Train customers and end-users to maximize adoption and value.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on goals and timelines.
  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations, integrations, and customizations.
  • Shape best practices and scalable workflows, driving continuous process improvement.
  • Track and analyze implementation metrics to inform future projects.
  • Perform API integrations, solution configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization for medical-document AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (asset).
  • 2+ years in technical implementation, API integration, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP).
  • Proficiency in languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp) a plus.
  • Familiarity with EHR, Insurance Tech, Legal Tech, or Claims Documentation an asset.
