About the role
- Lead configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting in collaboration with customers, project managers, and internal teams.
- Deliver tailored integrations and workflow optimizations that drive customer efficiency.
- Act as the primary technical contact during implementations, providing expert guidance and resolving issues.
- Train customers and end-users to maximize adoption and value.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on goals and timelines.
- Maintain clear documentation of configurations, integrations, and customizations.
- Shape best practices and scalable workflows, driving continuous process improvement.
- Track and analyze implementation metrics to inform future projects.
- Perform API integrations, solution configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization for medical-document AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (asset).
- 2+ years in technical implementation, API integration, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Proficiency in languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp) a plus.
- Familiarity with EHR, Insurance Tech, Legal Tech, or Claims Documentation an asset.
