About the role
- Serve as product owner for WindsorCommunities.com brand website: own development roadmap, oversee execution, manage product backlog, coordinate updates, publish production release notes, and maintain product documentation
- Serve as point of contact for reported website issues, remediate issues, update content, enlist external partners for bug fixes, and assist in sprint planning and JIRA management
- Guide demand generation strategy, implement and track lead gen campaigns across digital channels, analyze lead generation data for focus communities, and optimize targeting and conversion
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales to align marketing strategies with revenue and leasing objectives and manage lead generation budgets
- Manage Internet Listing Services (ILS) administration, including upgrades/downgrades, invoice oversight, contract administration, and optimizing ILS ads
- Develop and implement SEO & GEO content strategies, collaborate with agency resources for keyword-optimized content, and experiment with structured data and AI-friendly markup
- Act as digital agency liaison: facilitate campaign setup, maintenance, performance tracking, monitor budgets/timelines/deliverables, and seek optimization opportunities
- Partner with Consumer Product Manager and Strategic Operations to optimize MarTech products and platforms and support communities via support ticket completion
- Other responsibilities as assigned by business needs
Requirements
- Experience in Multifamily, Real Estate, or Hospitality required
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or website management within multifamily real estate strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing ILS platforms and/or working with digital marketing agencies is a plus
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, website optimization, integrations, and lead generation tactics
- Familiarity with Power BI, Yardi Site Manager, Funnel CRM, WordPress CMS, Google Analytics 4, and AI tools strongly preferred
- Experience with website development process, integrations logic, and JIRA management
- Ability to analyze lead generation data and optimize campaigns
- Budget management experience for lead generation campaigns
- Excellent communications skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Extremely proactive, results-driven, and effective project management skills
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
